Entry requirements for international students

Not all school-leaving certificate(s) do not meet the entry standard of Dutch research universities. Based on your application, the admissions officer will inform you whether you need additional training and/or exams.

For many foreign secondary school diplomas additional English and/or Mathematics are part of the entrance examinations (as well as Dutch for programmes taught in Dutch).

Do keep in mind that all international bachelor programmes are selective; you will have to apply and your grades, type of diploma, and motivation will be considered for acceptance.

For the degree programmes in Criminologie, Rechtsgeleerdheid, Fiscaal Recht, Geneeskunde and Psychologie there is only a limited number of places is available. A quota (admission is based on lottery and/or selection) decides whether you are eligible. In order to register for the lottery, a statement is required from the admissions officer.

Admission to the above mentioned programmes is possible only after one has been allocated a study place by either DUO (formerly known as IB-Groep) or the faculty/programme management.

犯罪学、 Rechtsgeleerdheid、 Fiscaal Recht,、Geneeskunde 和心理学学位项目名额有限。入学基于抽签和(或)筛选，配额决定是否有资格。需要招生工作人员开有的申明才能登记抽签。对于上面提到的项目，只有拿到DUO(前身为IB-Groep)或学院(项目)管理分配的学习名额，才可以入学。
